In the Starfield game, the Entangled quest is a tricky one where you have to make important choices. It comes after completing the High Price to Pay quest, which also has a big decision.
Article continues below advertisementDuring the Entangled Quest, you'll go to the High Energy Research Lab in response to a distress signal. But here's the twist: you'll be switching between two different realities in this mission, and the game makes it seem like you can only save one.
You're given two main choices in the Starfield Entangled quest:
If you choose to save Rafael, you'll earn 800 XP, 14,800 credits, and some crafting materials. Plus, you can recruit Rafael as a companion later on.
If you opt to save everyone else at the research station except Rafael, you'll get 800 XP, 11,800 credits, and the experimental Nishina helmet and space suit.
Here are the steps to save everyone in Starfield Entangled Quest:
First, eliminate all the robots and aliens in both realities.
Turn on all the switches in both realities.
Use the Lab Control Computer to initiate Degaussing in both universes.
Turn off and then on again the switches indicated by the numbers on the Power Interlocks in both realities.
Make sure all Power Interlocks have been successfully degaussed.
Activate Frequency Calibration on the Lab Control Computer in both realities.
In the real Lab computer, choose 40 GHz, and in the Doomed Lab computer, choose 24 GHz.
Find the Primary Calibration Control in both realities, beside the artifact, and activate it.
After successfully following these steps in both realities, you'll save everyone involved in the accident. You'll wake up in the Lab's clinic and be rewarded with 800 XP, 19,000 credits, a legendary Nishina helmet, a legendary Nishina space suit, and the option to recruit Rafael later as a companion.
